Nikayla Small is a Canadian professional soccer player currently with AFC Toronto. She is a Canada National Team alumna who competed at the U15 and U20 levels, including the FIFA U20 Women's World Cup in 2022 and the CONCACAF U20 Championship. Raised in Pickering, Ontario, she founded the Small Foundation to create access and opportunity for youth through mentorship, leadership, and community sport.
The Small Foundation is a community-driven youth empowerment organization founded by Nikayla Small. Programs include Blueprint Lab — an elite training and mentorship series for athletes aged 7–15 — and All Around the Pitch, a FREE community football experience for athletes aged 7–14. The foundation is built on five core values: confidence, access, community, leadership, and representation.
